Pamela Nathan was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology from Witwatersrand University. She earned also graduate degree in teaching and counseling and settled into the life of mother and homemaker. She immigrated to California in 1979. She was recruited to assist physicians by the newly formed California Clinic of Preventive Medicine. She continued her studies and gained Board Certification in Oriental Medicine. Pamela co-founded Ecology Medical Clinic, where she was  both the administrator and practitioner.

While raising three children, all of whom suffered from serious allergies and one with severe, life threatening asthma, she desperately branched out of main stream medical practices into realms of alternative medicine. This led to post-graduate work at Lindlahr College of Natural Therapeutics, South Africa, where she earned a degree in homeopathic medicine.

It was then that Pamela was introduced to nutritional supplementation and the practices of transcendental meditation and yoga. She continued to explore complementary health products and practices which finally culminated in the emergence of a Health Center.
 

Pamela founded her own center, Ecology Health Center, in 1992 and was able to further explore the various products, techniques and practices that enhance health & well being. Pamela selects top-of-the-line supplements for distribution. She endorses Garden of Life supplements.
