Shipping Cost

For orders over $50, Shipping is FREE - Continental US Only.

For orders under $50, shipping is $5.99 - Continental US only.

If your delivery address is within the USA you should select either:

• Either of the above-mentioned shipping choices depending on the value of your order, or
• UPS or USPS Shipping for which there are different choices at different costs

You can use the "Preview Shipping" option available in the itemized mini-basket display which is visible on the top of the left menu bar while you shop. This will show you the cost of shipping before you proceed to the checkout.

We reserve the right to ship all orders over $50.00 which are for delivery within the Continental USA, via UPS or USPS.

Shipping of $0.00 can only be used for the LifeStyle Program via e-mail or if your order for delivery in the Continental USA is over $50. If you select this option where it is not applicable you will still be charged the correct shipping amount when your order is processed.

If you require overnight or any other special shipping requests, the flat rate shipping charges does not apply. Please choose from the appropriate selections. If you require Saturday delivery, an additional charge will apply.

Shipping to Different Address

You may ship to a different address. Please make sure, however, that the billing address associated with your credit card is accurate so as not to delay your order.

International Orders

We gladly process International orders.

Both US Postal Service & UPS are used for shipping outside the Continental United States depending on the country of destination.

Shipping Cost

We charge a $20.00 flat rate to Canada.

There is a $45.00 flat rate charge for shipping on all other international orders up to 6lbs in weight. Please email sales@crohns.net for pricing on orders weighing more than 6 lbs.

Shipments are sent via USPS Postal Service with insurance. We cannot be held responsible for delivery time and convenience within each particular country. If you prefer to be able to track your package, please select Global Express.

International shipments can either be paid for with a Wire Transfer or a Credit Card. See Payment Options.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Once you've hit the final "Continue" button, you cannot amend your order - so give us a call as soon as possible at 1-877-240-7528 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) to make any changes.

You can also e-mail sales@crohns.net and drop us a message requesting a change to or cancellation of an order.
